There are many Forest Service Campgrounds along the Clackamas River for whitewater rafting as well as Day Use Picnic Areas. These areas often charge a fee for overnight or day use.

Lodging is available in the town of Sandy which is within thirty minutes of the Three Lynx run on the Upper Clackamas.
